The Turkish Football Federation, on Wednesday, ordered Trabzonspor to play six home games behind closed doors after violence broke out during their Super Lig clash against Fenerbahce last month. The home fans invaded the pitch after their club went down 3-2 as they looked to attack the opposition players.

The league also handed Jayden Oosterwolde and Irfan Can Egribayat one-match suspensions for fighting with opposition fans.

Now the Trabzon-based club had hit out at the country's football federation for handing them severe punishment as they took to X to show their protest. They wrote, "F*ck your justice. Get up from your seats and resign."

There were reports of Fenerbahce leaving the Turkish Super Lig altogether as a mark of protest against the disgraceful incident that happened on the pitch of Papara Park. On Tuesday, however, the club members voted against the proposal of withdrawing from the league.
